ROXIE: Hi My name is Roxie and I am a 5 yr old spayed black/tan minpin. My family loves me very much but now the kids are grown and mom works long hours and I am left alone a little too much. My mom wants better for me. I am all up to date on my shots so no cold vet hands needed on this cute butt. I do walk on a leash but I am also wee wee pad trained. My mom said I have to tell you that I always piddle on the pad but sometimes leave a tootsie roll on the floor. Not often but once in a while it happens. I do not do crates but I love soft snuggle beds and as you can see in the picture above those stuffed animals are fun too. When I was a baby someone cut my tail a little too short and people are always asking "where is your tail?" I have learned to turn around and show them that while it might be little, it is still there.
Okay so don't think that I am too good to be true because I do have some things that really annoy me. People in uniforms are one of them. You know like the postman, UPS and Fed Ex guys and gals. They get a good bark from me. All in all I am a very loving girl who just needs a little time to warm up to new people. If you have the time and would like a great companion, please fill out an application and maybe we can get together to see if we could be a family.

SILVER: Silver is the sweetest little Miniature Pinscher you will ever meet! He is 7years old and weighs about 7 lbs. Silver was dropped off at a shelter after he was found wandering in the street. He was extremely emaciated. AMPS took him in and he was seen by our vet who found that he has diabetes. His cataracts (able to see shadows), low body weight and hair loss were all a result of the diabetes going untreated for so long. What is sooooooo wonderful about Silver is that he is the sweetest and happiest little boy! He just wants to be held and loved. He has been one of our easiest fosters! He currently is on insulin 2x a day. He has a very hearty appetite too! He loves to eat! He has already memorized the layout of the house and yard and has no problems getting around on his own. He does well with other dogs and loves to curl up sleeping with them. He would do best in an adult home. Due to his size, he can not be placed in a home with children. Please consider giving this sweet little guy a special home. He just wants a family to call his own.

CASEY: Hi my name is Casey and I am still a baby. I think I ate too many treats during the holidays because I weigh 9 1/2 lbs and should just about be 7. I am pretty small in size but big in appetite. My mom has been pretty sick lately and thinks I need a new home where I can get more exercise and attention. I am house trained and will also use a wee wee pad. When I need to go out, I will cry at the door. The other dogs bark to go out but I save my barks for important things like the doorbell, mailman and the wind. I love to play with toys and cuddle in bed under the covers with my family. My mom says I do movie star kisses. I put my paws on your shoulder and go from one side of your face to the other and just rub. My perfect home will have a fenced in yard, no kids, lots of toys and lots of time for me. Could you be the home I need?
Casey is a Black and Rust Male, is approx. 1 & 1/2 years old. He has Cropped ears and a Docked tail. Stands approx. 10" high and weighs 9 & 1/2 lbs.
