SCRAPPY: My name is Scrappy, and I am a friendly little boy once I get to know you. I am only a year old but I really get very nervous around new people. It takes me quite a while to warm up to anyone new I meet. My foster mom says I don't seem to have been well socialized. I will need a very patient home to work with me to get over my fears and trust issues. My dream home is one with a fenced in yard and another dog to play with. I do love other dogs. I do not like to be crated at all and I get very agitated when confined to one. I am pretty much house trained and not destructive so I can be trusted when my humans are not at home.
I am black and tan, and I have cropped ears and my tail is docked. I weigh 14.2 lbs, and I am 12 in. Tall. I have been neutered, tested for heartworms, which I don't have, and I got all my shots. I can be a total love bug in the right home if given enough time, love and patience.
NOTE: Scrappy will only be adopted to an adult only home. He does not do well with children. An experienced minpin home would be preferred.
